How to Start or Stop Water/Sewer Service
Need to add get water and/or sewer started here in Liberty, it's simple. Come to Liberty Town Hall at 239 South Fayetteville Street with the following and we will be happy to get you started.
What you will need to start service:
- Download and fill out our Water and Sewer Services Application
- Your driver's license
- Copy of your lease or house-purchase closing documents
- $65 cash or money order deposit

To stop service please fill out our "Disconnect Form" and bring it to Town Hall. Make sure to put your forwarding address!
